- Identify yourself as International Oil Scouts Association (IOSA)
- Room type is for Run of House; you have a choice of either a King Room or Queen Room w/2 beds; rate for either room type is $169/night + 15.2% tax + $12.99 per room/night resort fees
- Cut-off date for rooms is June 21st
